All items except custom designs are shipped upon receipt via 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping and handling is charged at the flat rate of $5.95. 

Please inspect your order immediately to verify it arrived with your jewelry intact.

Notify customer service if jewelry was broken in transit. Please take care to open your package carefully. If stones are dropped, they may break.
