At Keepsake Designs, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return, refund or reprint.

Due to the personalized nature of our products,  we cannot accept returns based on customer input errors (i.e. typos). Please review your proof carefully before you approve your final proof. Once final proof authorization is given, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. However, we would be happy to reprint your order at 50% discount.

In the event that the error was on our end, we will happily reprint your order at no charge or offer a full refund.

As we don't anticipate there being a problem with your order, you can rest assured that every step will be taken to make sure you are completely satisfied with the finished product.
