Returns
If you would like to return a product to NJEVS you must first contact us and obtain an RMA number. We will not accept returns without an RMA number. If you wish to return a product you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. The item must be in unused / uninstalled condition. All returns will be inspected upon receiving. Refunds will be granted in the form of chargeback to the credit card you used at the time of purchase or to your paypal account.
