We accept Mastercard, Visa, and all types of Paypal payments.
If you would like to return a product to NJEVS you must first contact us and obtain an RMA number. We will not accept returns without an RMA number. If you wish to return a product you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. The item must be in unused & in uninstalled condition. All returns will be inspected upon receiving. Refunds will be granted in the form of chargeback to the credit card you used at the time of purchase or to your paypal account. Custom Orders cannot be returned ie. badges, no exceptions unless the error is on our end. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
The manufacturer's warranty means what it says. This warranty is between the buyer and the manufacturer. If you encounter a problem with a warrantied product you must contact the manufacturer for all repair and technical problems. NJEVS will be happy to give the buyer any manufacturer information requested but NJEVS will not act as the middle man between the buyer and the manufacturer. All products under warranty must be returned to the manufacturer for service, NO EXCEPTIONS unless otherwise stated in the product description. NJEVS prides iteself on its fast order processing and shipping services. Most in stock products will ship same day if not then the following day. If there is a problem with an order or a product is on backorder we will notify the buyer as soon as possible. Custom Badge Orders: Smith and Warren Badge Company production time is 3 weeks. So with processing & shipping figure you will receive your custom or semi custom badge in approx. 4 weeks from date of purchase. Stock Badges ship same or next day. Most orders will ship United States Postal Service Priority Mail as other larger shipments are usually sent with UPS or FedEx. ***At this time, we only ship within the United States of America.***
Please be responsible when purchasing restricted products such as colored lighting and sirens from our website. Please make sure that you are in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the possession and use of all equipment. NJEVS assumes no liability for the misuse of such products when purchased by the end user. We reserve the right to question all sales and refuse anyone as we see fit. Thank you and be safe out there!
