Returns are accepted, upon the following conditions: 

Contact me within 24 hours of receipt of parcel for a return authorization. 

The items are shipped with the same quality of packaging and delivery service at your expense. There will also be a 20% restocking fee.
 
WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF OUT OF DATE MERCHANDISE, MAGAZINES, BOOKS, STICKERS, PENS, PAPER, BOOKS AND COMPUTER SOFTWARE. 

We will gladly replace defective merchandise. Defective merchandise may be returned for a replacement, please call for an authorization number. 

Manufacturer's defects must be reported to our warehouse within one week of receiving your order. Please call our warehouse to determine the appropriate action. 

Damages which may occur during shipping must be reported to our warehouse within one week of receiving your order. Please keep any damaged boxes. 

To claim overages/shortages please fax a copy of the invoice with discrepancies indicated to our warehouse within ten days of receiving your order or contact Jackie @ 403-302-2079 or toll free 877-968-2727.
