Rainbow quartz is quartz that is given an iridescent coating. This gives it much more life and causes it to have flashes of many different colors. The overall effect reminds me of soap bubbles filled with smoke. This necklace starts with 8mm round rainbow quartz beads. They are spaced with 2m sterling silver beads and accented with faceted rondells capped with Bali silver. A beautiful carved shell flower pendant finishes it off.

The necklace is about 17 ½ inches long and closes with a sterling silver s-hook clasp. The pendant is about 1 ½ inches across. The matching earrings drop about 1 inch from the bottom of the sterling silver French wires. This is dramatic with out being too large and is perfect for spicing up that little black dress or more casual wear.
