Multicolor Picasso Jasper Necklace With Pendant

Multicolor Picasso jasper is a stone that I first started seeing last fall. It soon became one of my favorites. The colors (which can include various shade of brown, red, orange, green, blue and even mauve) and matrix are extraordinary. It takes a very high polish and it feels fantastic to the touch. I find it to be a very soothing and grounding stone to wear. I have made this set up with antique gold and brass color findings.

The necklace starts with 10mm round jasper beads. I spaced them with antique brass color rondells and used an antique gold color toggle clasp for the closure. The necklace is about 20 inches long. The pendant is about 2 inches long and about 2 inches at the widest point. The matching earrings hang about ¾ inch from the bottom of antique brass color French ear wires.
This necklace would work well as a choker for a larger woman or a longer necklace for some one with a more slender neck.
