GUARANTEE
(the long form)
All used
parts are inspected and tested to make sure they are in good working order
before being removed from the bikes. We do not sell junk and we back this
statement with the following guarantee (s):
1) All parts are sold as-is
(except electrical parts and used engines) but have a 30-day inspection guarantee
if you do not like the part we send within that time you must notify us for a
return authorization number. You then can return the part for a full refund less
the shipping charges paid. Once we issue a return authorization number you must
return the part within 7 days.
2) All used electrical
parts are sold as-is but come with a 14-day inspection guarantee. Once you
receive the part you must install it within that time. If you do not like the
part, you must notify us and we will issue you a return
authorization number. The part must be returned within 7 days.
3) Used engines are sold as is but come with a 30-day inspection
guarantee; if you do not like the part within that time you must notify us for a
return authorization number. You then can return the part for a full refund less
the shipping charges paid. Once we issue a return authorization number you must
return the part within 10 days.
5) All new aftermarket starters, stators,
or rectifier / regulators come with a one year guarantee. If the part fails
within that time you must notify us for a return authorization number. You then
can return the part for a full refund less the shipping charges paid. Once we
issue a return authorization number you must return the part within ten
days.
Unless otherwise stated we do not pay for return shipping charges
and we do not pay any labor cost. If you have trouble with any of our items,
please call us immediately so we can see what we can be done to help you
out.
Refunds are issued within 30 days and management reserves the right
to make all final decisions.
New aftermarket parts, have 14-day Guarantee, but have to be return in the original
package. If we can not sell it new again there is a 20% restocking fee, there is
no restocking fee if we make the mistake!
Management also reserves the right to amend
any guarantee at the time of sale at any time.
We sell our Goldwing parts, because we like the customers. Our
goal is to offer a large variety of hard to find top quality new and used parts
that help to get our customers bikes, back on the road again...
