OUR GUARANTEE 

All used parts are inspected and tested to make sure they are in good working order before being removed from the bikes. We do not sell junk and we back this statement with the following guarantee (s):
 
1) All parts are sold as-is (except electrical parts and used engines) but have a 7-day inspection guarantee if you do not like the part we send within that time you must notify us for a return authorization number. You then can return the part for a full refund less the shipping charges paid. Once we issue a return authorization number you must return the part within 7 days, in the original box it was sent to you in, along with the original invoice inside the box.   
 
2) All used electrical parts are sold as-is but come with a 48-hour inspection guarantee. Once you receive the part you must install it within that time. If you do not like the part, you must notify us within 48 hours and we will issue you a return authorization number. The part must be returned within 7 days, in the original box it was sent to you in, along with the original invoice inside the box.   

3) Used engines are sold as is but come with a 30-day inspection guarantee; if you do not like the part within that time you must notify us for a return authorization number. You then can return the part for a full refund less the shipping charges paid. Once we issue a return authorization number you must return the part within 10 days.

5) All new aftermarket starters, stators, or rectifier / regulators come with a one year guarantee. If the part fails within that time you must notify us for a return authorization number. You then can return the part for a full refund less the shipping charges paid. Once we issue a return authorization number you must return the part within ten days.

Unless otherwise stated we do not pay for return shipping charges and we do not pay any labor cost. If you have trouble with any of our items, please call us immediately so we can see what we can be done to help you out. 

Refunds are issued within 30 days and management reserves the right to make all final decisions.
 
Management also reserves the right to amend any guarantee at the time of sale; all guarantees are printed on your parts invoice, which is place on or in your box before being shipped to you.
