Private eastern girls school academys like Wentworth have ivy covered walls and reasonable but rigid rules governing the behavior of the student body.
Some students never seem to learn the value of obedience that the Dean of Girls insists on and become subject to her highly personal corrective practices.
Two rebellious teenaged girls find that Sheila Easton is not at all reluctant to lower their panties to their knees, place them over her knee, and administer an embarrassingly juvenile spanking.
