First, it was the indignity of being stopped at the border. The two American girls hadn't done anything wrong, except, maybe, carrying around a little bag of weed in their backpacks.
They're whisked off to a holding compound where a very sadistic female Border Guard is in command. She orders the two to be tied, hands above their heads, then brutally terrorizes them with a very sharp knife.
After a series of frightening threats, the guard proceeds to rip and tear the girls clothes from their bodies, using the sharp knife to cut away the straps of their underwear.
Totally exposed, and tied, they are thrown brutally into a shower room, and after being examined for possibly hiding more contraband, they are held down by two other guards while the Commander spanks their naked bottoms, while under the running, ice-cold water, with a hard ruler.
Later, they get even more punishment, in the form of over-the-knee hairbrush spankings, and naked leather strappings.
Present for some of those punishments is a Border Guard Cadet. She, too, feels the terrific sting from the hairbrush, and is spanked into an almost catatonic condition.
Great spanking action, along with nudity throughout.
