Returns are very costly to our Company. We make every effort to insure your order is shipped accurately and the product meets the standards of our advertising. If a Return must be made, please note the following policy:
-No Returns will be accepted after 30 days of the invoice Date.
-Return Shipping Charges are the customers Responsibility. If the wrong product was shipped in our error, a UPS call tag will be issued to return the item(s).
-Upon receipt of the Returned product(s), we reserve the right to evaluate the return to determine if a Refund or Exchange will be made.
A 10% processing fee will be charged to all orders cancelled after payment has been processed.
This processing normally occurs immediately upon receipt of your order payment. Some times there is a delay between when the order was made and when the customers credit card is charged. If I have not processed your order, there will be no charge.This charge represents our costs incurred to reprocess your transaction and to unpack and restock your order items by our sales and warehouse staff. The credit card processing company charges me when I enter your charge. If I issue a return even if it is one second after entering a charge they charge me again for the return. They make millions charging merchants double jeopardy.
We will make every effort to cancel your order; however most orders are processed and shipped immediately. Once your order has been picked up by the delivering carrier, it cannot be cancelled.
-REFUNDS: Refunds will be made in the same manner in which payment was made. (I.e. credit card purchases will be returned in the form of a credit to the original card account.) Credit Card Refunds are subject to a 3% Return Fee. NOTE: If we deem a Return was made without reasonable cause, where in our judgment the product meets advertised condition, the refund will be subject to a 15% Restocking fee. Fee's charged by a Dealer who is transferring a firearm to the end consumer will not be refunded for any reason.
-EXCHANGES: When returning merchandise to be exchanged, please include estimated shipping charges to ship your replacement order.
