All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department. We may require additional verifications or information before shipping any order. Please allow up to 72 hours for order processing for address verification.

We will email or fax you a copy of your quotation within 72 hours after we receive your complete inquiry. We reserve the right not to participate in the quoting process. We will only accept wire transfer in advance. Customer is responsible for all border duties and fees. Some products are not available for export.

Our Returns Policy

It is our goal to make the return process easy and hassle-free. In the event that you need to return a product, please help up us by following these steps:

1. Please keep your order confirmation number along with all packaging, packing materials and documentation in the event that your item has to be returned. Only items in their original unopened packaging will be accepted for return. NO EXCEPTIONS. All returns are subject to a manufacturer's restocking fee of 20% and must be completed within 5 days from the invoice date. After 5 days, no returns will be allowed.


2a. Defective products will be accepted by www.therapeuticspecialties.com for credit or exchange at www.therapeuticspecialties.com’s discretion within 5 days from the invoice date. After 5 days no returns will be accepted.

2b. Due to federal regulations and manufacturers' return policies on certain medical equipment products - no refunds or exchanges can be made at any time for opened packages of items covered under this catagory.

3. All products to be returned must be returned within 5 days from the order date, 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and must include original packaging, packing material, unopened in original condition. Any items returned and found to be opened will be returned to the customer and deemed non-returnable.

4. Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. No returns, of any type, can be accepted without an RA number. RA numbers can be obtained by emailing therapist@therapeuticspecialties.com and stating the reason for the return. Requesting a Return Authorization number is not a guarantee of receiving one.

Sales Taxes
www.therapeuticspecialties.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses
