Shipping
Orders are processed daily. Orders are generally shipped within 72 hrs, excluding holidays and weekends. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and a tracking number once your items has been shipped.

Returns
You may return all unopened items purchased at Str8 2 U From Me Dishes & More within 15 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 20 percent. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will issue you store credit within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Please contact us prior to returning any items.
The following items may not be returned: CD'S ELECTRONICS NEW CLOTHING IF IT HAS BEEN WORN OR TAGS HAVE BEEN REMOVED.
