An RA# is required to provide you with the correct return address (varies) and to expedite processing. NO returns will be accepted without prior written or email approval from NORDALE Services. Please provide your name, order number, order date, item number, daytime telephone number, and reason for return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All authorized returns must be freight prepaid. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the RA issuance, or RA number expires. RA numbers are non-renewable. A 15% restocking fee applies.

You may return most products within 30 days of purchase for a refund (less restocking and S&H) if you are not completely satisfied. Products must be returned with unmarked product packaging and in original undamaged, new condition. All returns must be 100% complete, shipped prepaid and well packaged/protected with the RA number displayed on the shipping label. Credit subject to final inspection upon receipt.

• The product-box must not be marked on, labeled or damaged.
• Return merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of order.
• The product(s) must be returned in new, resalable condition.
• All product packaging materials, manuals, cords, etc. must be included.
• Product packaging materials must not be marked on, torn or damaged.
• All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
• Return shipping expenses must be prepaid.

Electronic products with factory sealed packaging or tamperproof tape which requires cutting or tearing to open is non-returnable once opened (unless defective). Software products cannot be returned once opened and/or activated (unless defective). Incomplete returns or those not packaged the same as received cannot be accepted. Items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted. Items not acceptable are returned to the customer.

Defective Products:
You may return most products within 30 days of purchase that are defective in material and/or workmanship. Defective products must be referred to the manufacturer after 30 days.

Shipping Damage and Errors:
Most products will be shipped through UPS. Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment is released from Nordale Services. Shipping damage claims must be filed through the appropriate carrier within 7 days of receipt. All boxes and packing materials must be saved for damage inspection by the carrier. All claims for shortages, mis-shipments, or mis-billings must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments. Refused shipments will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping for Backorders:
Backordered items are shipped at prices in effect when the item was ordered or current selling price, whichever is lower. Backordered items stand alone, subject to normal shipping and handling charges.

Disclaimers:

• No returns on seasonal products.
• All freight charges are subject to adjustment due to dimension/oversize carrier weight/size regulations or remote locations which could be higher than standard shipping costs reflected by shopping cart.
• Allow up to 2 business days for your order to ship, although most orders ship within 1 business day.

All approved returns will be credited at the Nordale selling price, less a 15% restocking charge (shipping not subject to credit). Allow 7-10 days for processing returns. Credit will not be issued until Nordale Services has received and examined the returned merchandise.

No unauthorized returns accepted, and no returns allowed after 30 days. Nordale Services reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions stated above.

Nordale Services reserves the right to cancel any pending order. By placing an order, customer accepts all terms and policies stated herein.
