Return Policy
Our products have a 7 day refund policy, from the day the order is received by the customer. You will need to contact our customer service department at sales@sass-e-cigs.com. Please include a description of the problem you are having and if applicable, you will receive an RMA as well as return instructions.
Items displaying wear and tear or heavy use may not be returned, and if they are received, no refund will be given.
No returns on liquids.
Shipping Policy
We strive to ship your order within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays. All orders will be shipped USPS Priority and a tracking number will be provided.
Any orders over $99.00 will receive free shipping.
All orders under $99.00 will be charged a flat rate of $5.95.
All orders are shipped by USPS Priority mail.
