A) Eye Catching Beauty does not offer tester products.

A) Nothing at Eye Catching Beauty is used.
Q) Is this product new?
A) Eye Catching Beauty stocks a large selection of discontinued products that are new as in not used, but not brand new as in a new release.
Q) Do you ship international?
A) Yes, I ship to any location except Germany due to customs restrictions. Some products, however, cannot be shipped international (perfume, aerosol sprays, and nail polish)
