Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the order was paid or credit can be given toward the purchase of a different item. The item must be returned in brand new condition, in original packaging, and with all parts and accessories to ensure full credit. If you are returning any products that have been used, a restocking charge may apply.
In the event that we have made a mistake when shipping your order, or the item was received damaged, please contact us via email within 3 days so that we can make arrangements for return shipping and replacement product.
Clearance items: No refunds, returns or exchanges on clearance items, unless otherwise stated.
Return on FREE SHIPPING items
Items being returned that had FREE SHIPPING will be refunded minus the actual shipping charges we paid getting the item to the buyer.
New Saddle Returns
New saddles may be returned within 10 days for a full credit or refund, but must arrive in brand new condition. Shipping charges and insurance to return the saddle are the responsibility of the customer. We do encourage you to try your new saddle on the horse to ensure it will fit both horse and rider, but please use extra care to keep the saddle in mint condition, without scratches, dirt, horse hair, or horse sweat. You may want to place a towel or sheet underneath the saddle to keep it clean. Also, please pay attention to dirt in the stirrups. Vet wrap works wonders keeping them clean. Additional fees will be charged to cover any damage or cleaning costs.
Used Saddle Returns
Saddles purchased as used saddles may be returned within 10 days for credit or refund. Shipping charges and insurance to return the saddle are the responsibility of the customer, and the saddle must be returned in the same condition that it was shipped. Once again, we encourage you to try the saddle to ensure it will fit both horse and rider. Please use extra care to keep the saddle in the same condition in which it arrived, without additional scratches, dirt, horse hair, or horse sweat. If it is not returned in the same condition as it was received, an additional fee will be charged to cover any damage or cleaning costs. After receiving a Return Authorization Number, please completely fill out the return form included with your order. If you do not have the return form, please write us a note with the following information:
- Why you are returning the item (wrong size, wrong item, didn't like style, etc.)
