30-Day Guarantee - Customer Satisfaction
LightningŪ products purchased on LightningSwitch.com may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund (minus the cost of shipping). All items must be returned in like-new condition to: Lightning Switch, 427 West 35th Street, Norfolk, VA 23508. Refunds will be issued in the form of credits applied to to the card used for the original purchase. We're proud to offer this guarantee & to report that well less than 1% of our Customers return their products for a refund. |
Limited 10-Year Warranty
LightningŪ products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for ten years. We will replace the defective product when it is returned by the Purchaser, along with the original proof of purchase. This limited warranty applies to home use only and will be considered void if the unit is tampered with or is subject to misuse, negligence or accidental damage.
