Q.  What is your minimum order requirements?
A.  There are NO minimum order requirements. Purchase just one or multiple pieces. 
    
Q. What are your hours of operation and phone number?
A. We are online from 8:00 a.m -7:00 p.m. eastern standard time Monday - Friday. We answer all emails & phone calls within 24 hours of receiving with the exception of week-ends.
We do not offer a toll free number at this time to keep our costs low and provide good pricing for buyers.
  

Q.  How long will it take before my order is shipped?
A.  Most orders are shipped in One to Three days of purchase. 


Q.  How will my order be shipped?
A.  We use USPS Priority Mail in most cases. We do accept international orders at this time.

A. Shipping and handling charges for products to addresses within the United States are as follows:

Orders $25 and under - $7.99

$25.01 - $50.00 - $10.99

$50.01-$100.00 - $11.99

$100.01-$200.00 - $12.99,

all orders over $200.01 - $13.99

 All orders will be carefully packed and shipped. 

Q. How long will it take for my products to arrive?
A. Shipping time will vary depending upon distance. Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 business days. For express shipping/overnite shipping please email for stock availability. Keep in mind faster delivery times are more costly, order far enough in advance to avoid this extra cost.  
   

Q. How are returns and damages handled?
A. Razmataz Celebrations wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,  email razmatazcelebrations@earthlink.net Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase date. All returns must be in the original packaging. Include the invoice with a note stating the reason for the return. We will refund the purchase price only, excluding shipping charges. Never a restocking fee. .
