Most orders are processed and shipped withing one business day, except for weekends and holidays. In case of a delay with your order you will be notified via email as to the reason for the delay and the expected shipment date. All Domestic orders are shipped with a delivery confirmation number that is emailed to you at the time of shipment; for International orders we provide you with a customs tracking number.

Returns are accepted only if the items are not in the condition listed, We are not responsible for any damage that occurs due to user handing.
