Book Condition Ratings:
The condition of our books are rated according to the following guidelines.
New: A brand-new, unused, unread copy in perfect condition.
Like New: An apparently unread copy in perfect condition. Dust cover is intact, with no nicks or tears. Spine has no signs of creasing. Pages are clean and are not marred by notes . Book may contain a remainder mark on an outside edge but this will be noted in listing comments.
Very Good: A copy that has been read, but remains in excellent condition. Pages are intact and may be marred by notes or highlighting. The spine remains undamaged.
Good: A copy that has been read, but remains in clean condition. All pages are intact, and the cover is intact (including dust cover, if applicable). The spine may show signs of wear.
Acceptable: A readable copy. All pages are intact, and the cover is intact (the dust cover may be missing). Pages can include considerable notes--in pen or highlighter. The book may show sign of significant wear.
Collectible: A collectible book may either be a signed copy, first edition or a rare edition of the book.
Shipping Information and Rates:
Most orders are processed within 1 business day. In case of a delay you will be notified of the reason for the delay and the expected ship date. We ship all orders with a delivery confirmation number. On shipment of orders you will receive an e-mail with the delivery confirmation number.

Q. How do I choose Expedited/Standard shipment method?
A. At checkout you will see a button to calculate the delivery charge; on entering your address it will give an option to choose the speed of shipment you want via a drop down menu.
If you do not see this option then on the checkout screen above your address you will see a "Change" button; on clicking that you will be taken to the screen with the option to change your delivery speed.
