Each Lightning Switch set must include at least one Transmitter and one Receiver.
You can put Lightning Transmitters wherever you want: on almost any surface (even stone or glass), left on a table, in a drawer, in a car, or in your pocket. Mount them permanently or use them as a handheld. The Transmitters come in several models and two styles: Decorative and Continental (a European design).
You can review the Transmitter options -- and all Lightning Switch products -- by clicking the various text links on the upper left hand side of each page of this website.
Lightning Receivers Wire-In to junction boxes or Plug-Into outlets. Connect whatever you want to control… the lamp, light fixture, exhaust fan, etc… to the Receiver and that’s it! Each Receiver can be controlled by up to 40 Transmitters. A Transmitter can control any number of Receivers. Lightning Switches are so fast, easy and foolproof to install that you won’t even need the instructions after the first time. And they’re protected by a limited 10-YEAR WARRANTY!
