The Soap Shoppe at Hearthwood Farm began crafting soap, for our family, in 1994.
We began our ‘journey’ in soap, after our son was born in 1993, with a severe eczema problem. As first time parents, we began reading every label in trying to educate ourselves, as to exactly what it was we were putting on our newborn’s skin. Twelve years later, and the addition of two baby girls with eczema and psoriasis, here we are.
We are a family based business and what we make we use ourselves and on our children. From our home to yours, we hope that you enjoy and benefit from our handcrafted products.
