PrestoStore is an online web store system that automatically builds and publishes a web store based on  information you enter into our system. You simply enter information about the items you want to sell and PrestoStore does the rest. | How are my items listed in PrestoMart? |

By opening a PrestoStore account, eligible items are entitled to free and automatic inclusion as PrestoMart  listings. PrestoMart is an added value to PrestoStore subscriptions and is exclusive to PrestoStore members. |
| Who hosts my PrestoStore on the Internet? |

PrestoStore and PrestoMart are hosted by PrestoBiz, an e-commerce solutions company. PrestoBiz host all  PrestoStores using their premier hosting provider, Rackspace. Rackspaces’ commitment to “fanatical support” and their “zero-downtime network” ensures the utmost reliability for your PrestoStore. | Are there any additional fees? |

There are no additional or “hidden” fees with your PrestoStore account. The monthly subscription fee of $29.95 is fully-inclusive and you are provided a domain name, shopping cart, secure checkout and more at no additional cost. Unlike many web store systems, you don’t have to worry about being charged additional fees for transacting sales, listing additional items, or uploading product images. |

Your PrestoStore attracts shoppers with two powerful promotion features, both included with your subscription at no additional cost:
- A complete suite of marketing tools designed to direct traffic to your PrestoStore is included with your subscription. There is no need for technical knowledge of online marketing or Search Engine Optimization (SEO) because PrestoStore does the work for you. You will be provided with automatic and constant search engine placement and optimization, Google Product Search listings through Google Base, RSS feeds, and site maps.
- PrestoMart is a collective marketplace that lists items from all participating PrestoStore merchants, creating a vast online shopping network with a large selection of items for sale. Every item you list in your PrestoStore is automatically listed on PrestoMart, attracting shoppers from not only one, but two shopping outlets.
With PrestoStore, you are an independent store owner, so you can choose to promote your store as you wish. If you wish to pursue additional advertising avenues, we can offer guidance in regard to pay-per-click advertising and newsletter creation for your PrestoStore’s benefit. |

PrestoMart is a cooperative shopping network of PrestoStore sellers. When you list an item in your PrestoStore, it is also automatically listed and promoted in PrestoMart. Having your items listed for sale at several locations on the Internet increases your overall exposure to Internet shoppers.
Customers enjoy shopping on PrestoMart because they understand they’ll be presented with hundreds of thousands of product options, and will be able to easily shop thousands of sellers at one time. |

Meta information is a critical component of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), which essentially increases your search engine ranking and traffic to your PrestoStore. It consists of information embedded in your site that is accessed and read by search engines. However, you don’t need to be well-versed in SEO to have a PrestoStore or to utilize Meta information. We automatically generate Meta information based on the descriptions, product information, and other content you enter in our system.

Millions of qualified shoppers buy online using Google Product Search, a mechanism to find and sort items  shoppers are interested in buying. By listing your PrestoStore items in Google Product Search, you are increasing your web store’s exposure on the Internet. We provide free and daily submission to Google Product Search with your PrestoStore subscription, listing your web store’s personalized domain name and its items in Google’s search results. |
| How will I be listed in Google? |

Your PrestoStore will be listed in Google in two primary ways. First, your store and the items you are selling will be submitted to Google Product Search. Second, we use site maps and Google Webmaster Tools so that your PrestoStore will be listed in Google’s search engine listings. You don’t have to worry about creating site maps or using Google Webmaster Tools, we automatically provide this service for you. |
| What is a Sitemap? |

A Sitemap is a tool integrated into websites that serves as a “road map” for people and search engines  browsing the site’s content. They are used as an indexing system by search engines to list the presence and location of site pages. Having a Sitemap built into your PrestoStore makes your site more user-friendly and more attractive to search engines. Every PrestoStore comes equipped with a Sitemap at no additional charge. |
| What is a Google Webmaster Tools? |

Google’s Webmaster Tools helps improve and increase traffic to your web store. We generate and submit “XML site maps” to Google Webmaster Tools for you. This service is a free and automatic component of PrestoPromote. |
| What is an RSS Feed? |

RSS feeds supplement websites with automatic syndication of new content. When new information an d items are published in your PrestoStore, shoppers are “fed” this new information automatically. We create and update an RSS for your PrestoStore and make it available to shoppers automatically. |
| How does PrestoMart attract shoppers to my PrestoStore? |

PrestoMart promotes itself through Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques, Google Product Search/Google Base submission, site maps, Google Webmaster Tools, and RSS feeds. Since the PrestoMart shopping network has been hosted continuously on an established network for several years, search engines index the site daily. |

| How can I customize my PrestoStore? |

You are given complete control over your PrestoStore’s look and layout. PrestoStore provides you with access to our easy-to-use online store creator, where you can develop a unique look for your web store’s layout. PrestoStore comes equipped with a library of professional background images that you can use to customize your web store’s header, footer, side bar, and overall background. Of course, you can also upload any of your own design images, including custom logos and backgrounds, for use in your PrestoStore. |
| How many items can I list for sale? |

You can list an unlimited number of items for sale in a single PrestoStore for as long as you wish. Your listings never “expire” until you sell the items or you remove the listing. |
| How many images can I include for each listing? |
| |
You are able to upload up to ten images for each item listing in your PrestoStore. Our system automatically hosts the product images for you at no additional charge. Also, you have the flexibility to host additional images through any third-party hosting service you wish. |
| How do I list items for sale? |
| |
You can quickly list your items for sale on your PrestoStore using three available options. Based on your needs, you can list items in our system by:
- Easy Key Entry: This method is best for submitting items and detailed descriptions one at a time.
- Multi-Listing Entry: If you have a lot of products to submit, drastically reduce entry-time by using our built-in online form to enter multiple items at once.
- Upload Files: Item information and listings can be uploaded to PrestoStore using your existing documents or spreadsheets.

| How do shoppers purchase items in my PrestoStore? |
| |
Shoppers visiting your PrestoStore view your items listed for sale by browsing your pages or searching for specific items in your search bar. When they are ready to purchase, they select items to add to your shopping cart. A secure shopping cart is included automatically with your PrestoStore account and guides the customer through the purchasing process by collecting payment and shipping information, calculating sales taxes and shipping and handling fees, and applying coupon codes and discounts. |
| How do I accept payments from my shoppers? |

PrestoStore allows you to select a payment method that best suits your business. You are in con trol of deciding whether you wish to accept credit cards with a merchant account, use a third-party online payment processor such as PayPal, Google Checkout, or ProPay, or simply collect checks or money orders by mail. |
| How do shoppers purchase items in PrestoMart? |

When a shopper is interested in finding out more about an item for sale, they are sent directly to your  PrestoStore, hosted at your personalized domain name. Your PrestoStore shopping cart and checkout system processes all orders referred from PrestoMart. |
| Are orders and payments processed securely? |

Yes. Security for both your business and your customers’ protection is highly valued. PrestoStore’s checkout process is hosted with a 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, using an included Geotrust secure site certificate. This high level of protection is the industry-standard for making secure purchases and payments online. |
